Fully aquatic amphibian?Eel question also!?

2 questions!
1-is there any FULLY aquatic animal OTHER than an african dwarf frog that can live happily in a 10 gallon tank??Please specify the species and a link to a care sheet!=)
2-is there any sort of eel that stays relitivly small??Under 2 ft, about 1 ft would be better!=)
Plz just tell me whatever you know…even if you don't know the answer to both of the questions!!
=)

Crayfish are fully aquatic, as are most snails. newts spend a lot of time in water, but are not fully aquatic. if you want an eel then try a peacock eel they don't get that big. A fire eel will grow two feet. Other eel zig zag.

look into an axolotol. however, they will eventually need a larger tank… i think.

google them. They are VERY cool creatures :)
