Does it need a tank, rocks? What do they eat? Fresh running water like an aquarium or still water?

About TriciaI've been fascinated by reptiles and amphibians since childhood and I've been working with them since 1995. I've been helping with their pets for more than 15 years via my websites and blogs and in person.
Orange salamanders aren't usually kept as pets, their best on their own. They live under rocks and eat bugs they find in the ground. I need to stay wet, My father always told me that it's bad to touch them because it does something to their skin.
